Your Jawline Contouring appointment will begin with a consultation to discuss your goals, previous filler history and the type of result you would like to achieve. Janine will assess your facial proportions, jawline, chin and side profile before recommending the most suitable approach.

The treatment usually involves carefully placing dermal filler along selected areas of the jawline to improve definition, structure or symmetry. Some clients may need only a subtle enhancement, while others may benefit from a more structured contouring plan using a larger amount of filler.

Jawline Contouring can also work well alongside chin filler if the aim is to improve the overall balance of the lower face. Janine will advise whether treating the jawline alone is suitable, or whether a combined approach would create a more harmonious result.

After treatment, some swelling, tenderness or bruising can occur, and the area may feel firm while it settles. Janine will provide clear aftercare advice, including what to avoid immediately after your appointment and when to get in touch if you have any concerns.

Jawline Contouring is not suitable for everyone, and treatment will only go ahead if Janine feels it is appropriate for you. You may be advised to delay treatment if you are unwell, pregnant, breastfeeding, have an active infection, have certain medical conditions or are taking medication that may affect suitability.
