Your Marionette Line Filler appointment will begin with a consultation to discuss your concerns, previous filler history and the result you would like to achieve. Janine will assess the depth of the lines, your facial movement, skin quality and the balance of the lower face before recommending the most suitable approach.

The treatment involves carefully placing dermal filler in selected areas around the marionette lines to soften their appearance and provide gentle support. In some cases, Janine may also discuss whether nearby areas, such as the chin or jawline, are contributing to the overall look of the lower face. A combined approach may sometimes create a more balanced result than treating the lines alone.

Some swelling, tenderness or bruising can happen after treatment, and the area may feel slightly firm while it settles. Janine will provide clear aftercare advice, including what to avoid immediately after your appointment and when to get in touch if you have any concerns.

Marionette Line Filler is not suitable for everyone, and treatment will only go ahead if Janine feels it is appropriate for you. You may be advised to delay treatment if you are unwell, pregnant, breastfeeding, have an active infection, have certain medical conditions or are taking medication that may affect suitability.
